Nsukka, Nigeria Catholic Schools: Nsukka Delegation Visit to Chicago: Nno!

In August 2006, the recently established Catholic Diocese of Nsukka, Nigeria dreamed of Catholic Schools to effectively educate students from nursery through high school. This parthership followed based on the professional and personal friendships that are rooted in the global mission of Catholic education. Cardinal Francis George, O.M.I. and Bishop Francis Okobo exchanged letters of agreement to establish the partnership in September 2006. A Committee of Interest has developed strong support for the partnership and have contributed immense assistance in designing and building a foundation for effective Catholic Schools in Nsukka. Missions trips from the Catholic Schools have studied the strengths of the Nsukka Diocese. Read the reports and study the photos at this site.
